• In general, it only takes 1-3 weeks to receive your Admission.

• The following are the explanation of 3 general admission steps that will be updated by the admission office of the universities when they make a decision on your application,including :
Admission Step 1:
“Processing” it means your application documents are under verifying by the university.
Admission Step 2:
A:"Conditional Admission" means your application has passed admission step one and is now in the second step, you need to do necessary things accordingly.
B:"Pending" means your application documents are not qualified, you need to do necessary things accordingly.
C:"Rejected" means your application is rejected.
Admission Step 3:
"Accepted-EOFFER" means your application is accepted. The university will issue your Admission Notice and uplode your JW202 form.
• In general, it only takes 1-4 weeks to receive your JW202 /DQ Form
• Admission and the JW202/DQ form is an indispensable document required by Chinese embassy for applying X1/X2 visa. Every JW202 /DQ form has its unique QR code which is issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Public Security (MOP) and local governments.
• If you will study in China for more than 180 days, you need to apply for X1 visa from local Chinese embassy;
if less than 180 days, you need to apply for X2 visa from Chinese embassy.

To register in the university, you should present some necessary documents. Actually these documents needed vary from university to university;
here is some that are indispensible to all universities:
• Original Admission Letter /Notice
• Original JW202 /DQ form
• Original Passport
• Passport-sized photos
• Fees for tuition and insurance (or a receipt if you've already paid):
• Other documents required by the university
• Apply for a residence permit 30 days within your arrival in China in the Local Exit-Entry Administration Bureau in China.
Otherwise your stay will be considered illegal and you will be fined (500 RMB/day) and even expelled by local authority.
