The Key to Your Bright Future in China

How to Prepare Application Documents

  • 1. Application Form

    1. Personal basic details (given name, family name, date of birth, passport number) must be exactly consistent with the information on your passport.

    2. Your permanent home address must be fully specified, including building number, street, city, state and country.

    3. Family information must include your parents’ full names, occupations and valid contact phone numbers.

    4. Educational background: Indicate study periods with specific months and years, use the full official name of each institution (not abbreviations), and detail your field of study and obtained diploma—this is especially critical for Master’s and PHD applicants.

    5. Work experience: Non-fresh graduates are required to provide a full record of their work experience.

    6. Self-funded applicants must complete all details of their financial sponsor, including full name, phone number, residential address and relationship to you. As some embassies may request the sponsor’s bank statement, ensure the sponsor’s name on the form matches exactly the name on the bank document.

  • 2.Scancopy of Passport

    1. Color-scan passport info page (with photo, name, passport No.)—flatten it, ensure full 4 corners are captured (scan 2 pages together if needed)

    2. Use a valid regular passport with validity ≥1 year

    3. Liaoning unis may need color scancopy of first 8 blank pages or all pages; check Future Consulting official site (www.futureconsultingedu.com) or your adviser for latest rules

    4. Avoid replacing passport post-application; if new passport (new No.) is a must, notify Future Consulting and the university immediately for info update

    5. Emigrated former Chinese mainland residents: submit Household Registration Cancellation Certificate copy; HK/Macao/Taiwan applicants: provide previous valid ID copy
